Recommendations

A bartender can usually handle 1-100 guests. However, in order to ensure a minimum wait time and ensure proper bar service, we recommend 2 bar staff for a party of 75 plus.

A bar back is a great way to ensure flawless service at a minimum cost. He/she stocks the ice, liquor, beer, garnishes, glassware, etc. When necessary the bar back can pour beer, wine, and simple mixed drinks.
